FAILURE OF APPEAL
Decision in a case heard last week was given by the No. 2 (Auckland) Armed Fovces Appeal Board this Week, when an appeal in respect of Joseph Patrick Moodabe, managingdirector of Amalgamated Theatres, Limited, was dismissed. The dismissal upholds a former decision of the board when an appeal in resoect of Moodabe was dismissed conditionally on the reservist not being called for service before August 1, When the board gave this week’s decision no postponement of entry into the army was granted.
