RELEASE OF FRENCHMEN PRISONERS FOR WORKERS (British Official Wireless.) (10.30 a.m.) RUGBY, Aug. 11. Qn the occasion of the return oi 1000 French prisoners of war from Germany, the Vichy Premier, M. Laval, stated that Hitler had agreed to release them in batches of 50,000 in exchange for 150,000 French specialist workers.
