GROWTH IN FRANCE GERMANS ALARMED OUTBREAK IN BELGIUM (11 a.m.) LONDON, July 15. A fresh wave of sabotage in France during .the past few days is alarming the German authorities, says a Zurich message. A German military supply dump at Rouen was blown up. French railwaymen at Strasbourg damaged six locomotives. Four Government officials were killed when a bomb exploded in a labour recruiting office. Patriots destroyed a German military store in Paris, killing .the sentries. Two German policemen were wounded in occupied France. In the past three months sabotage in Belgium has also increased. The Bruges-Ostend railway has been cut and two goods trains destroyed. A bomb wrecked a German mobile radio transmitter at Brussels and killed the staff. The Vichy Government has taken over the management of all Jewish-controlled property, business leases and other rights in French colonies.
