CHAIR AT OXFORD FACTORS IN DISEASES (British Official Wireless.) (9.30 a.m.) RUGBY, July 15 The Nuffield Provincial Hospitals Trust, with the approval of Lord Nuffield, is devoting £IOO,OOO to the creation of a chair of “social medicine” at Oxford University .to investigate the influence of social, genetic, environmental and domestic factors on the incidence of disease. The scheme will supplement the agencies working for the prevention of disease.
