ATTACKS BY YOUNG BULL
First attacking two young people on horseback and then, after being halted, knocking down and trampling on an elderly farmer, Mr, Percy Howe, and wounding another, Mr. Goodhue, by horning his leg, a young Jersey bull caused consternation when being* first driven and then led along the Tutukaka - Matapouri road, Wnangarei. Fortunately the animals attention was distracted in each case before any serious harm could be done. It had not previously been taken out of a paddock.
