GISBORNE FLIER ILL TWO MEN INJURED (P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. The following Royal New Zealand Air Force personnel serving overseas have been reported as casualties: — Flight-Sergeartt Kenneth Purnell Andrews, injured in air operations. His mother is Mrs. M. Andrews, Tauranga. Leading Aircraftman John Walter Race, seriously ill. His mother is Mrs. L. E. Race, Gisborne. Sergeant lan George Medwin, injured on air operations. His father is Mr. H. 0. Medwin, Hamilton. Sergeant I redericK Lorraine Hawthorn, previously reported seriously ill, now removed from the serioulsy ill list, Auckland.
