Majestic.—The season for "Ellery Queen and the Murder Ring" and “Rags to Riches" will conclude to-night. To-morrow’s double happiness programme consists of “Harmony Lone,” starring the Merry Macs, Baby Sandy Leon Errol and Butch and Buddy. The associate feature is Gene Autry’s streamlined musical Western, “Rancho Grande.” Mary Lee, Smiley Burnette and June Storey are also in the cast. The serial is Don Winslow of the Navy.” King’s.—Charles Boyer has his most romantic role as a lovable fugitive in Walter Wanger’s “Algiers," the colourful adventurous romnnee that stars him opposite two ol Hollywood’s most glamorous stars, Sigrid Gurie and Hedy Lamarr, now showing at the King’s Theatre. Regent.—The murder mystery solved by William Powell in the “Shadow of the Thin Man,” now showing at the Regent Theatre, is delighting audiences. Commencing on Friday, this theatre will present one of the laugh sensations of 1942, “Keep ’Em Flying,” with Bud Abbott and Lou Costello. The co-operation of the War Department in Washington was granted to Universal Studios for the filming of this new thrilling action-comedy. ■ ’
