RETURN TO U.S. FIRM

MEXICAN OIL INTERESTS SURPRISE DECISION (9.30 a.m.) MEXICO CITY, July 2. The decision was based on a technicality that the companies were not named m the original expropriatory decree. At least 10 other Standard Oil Company holdings may be similarly affected.
