REFUGEE SHIP
SAFE CONDUCT REFUSED (9 a.m.) WASHINGTON, July 2. The State Department announced 10-day that Germany refused safe conduct for further voyages of the Swedish liner Drottningholm. The United. States, therefore, regards the agreement for an exchange of refugees as terminated.
