Churchward, the metropolitan Emergency Precautions Services have decided to hand over to the Health Department for inclusion in the newlyformed departmental emergency unit, the enrolment forms of 28 nurses allocated to various aid. posts in the metropolitan scheme. This was announced by Mr. W. Machin, chairman of .the organising executive of the metronolitan E.P.Sj Mr. Machin, in a statement, said the duties of the Health Department and the E.P.S. unit had not yet been defined and the handing over of the enrolment forms would seriouslv weaken the organisation of the aid posts.
