Pursuant to Section 120 of the “Counties Act, 1920,” and Sections 51 to 59 of the “Rating Act, 1925,” and Amendments thereto, Notice is hereby given that the Waiapu County Council will at the Ordinary Meeting of Council to be held in the Council Chambers, To Puia Springs, on Tuesday, 21st July, 1942, make and levy a General Rate of 3d. in the £1 upon the Capital Value of all Rateable property within the County of Waiapu. This Rate is to cover Administration, Hospital Levy, General Maintenance and Construction, Interest and Charges on County Loans.
