KINDNESS TO TROOPS (British Official Wireless.) (2 p.m.) RUGBY, June 30. The Prime Minister, Mr." Winston Churchill, in the House of Commons, expressed the appreciation felt by the British Government for the kindness and hospitality invariably extended to all members of the fighting services passing through South Africa.
