SHELLED BY U-BOAT
DUTCH WEST INDIES OIL PLANTS ATTACKED (11.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 19. A report from Willemstad, Curacao, Dutch West Indies, says it is officially stated that an enemy submarine shelled the oil installations of the Royal Dutch Company in Bullen Bay, but did not cause damage. Coastal batteries chased off the submarine.
