DECLINING NUMBERS
DETENTIONS IN BRITAIN (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 25. A White Paper shows that during October detention orders were made against four persons. All are British subjects, two being of enemy origin. Twenty-six persons were released and one person died during October and on October 31 the total number detained under the regulation was 669.
