Gomer, against the punishment imposed by the judicial committee of the Waikato Racing Club on the apprentice, C. li. Goulsbro, for interference in the Hautapu Handicap on November 15. Goulsbro was suspended for the second day of the meeting, but Mr. Gomer sought a review of the penalty. The district committee suspended the jockey for one month as from November 15.
