PENALTY REVIEWED
JOCKEY OUT FOR MONTH (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. The Auckland district committee upheld the appeal of the chief stipendiary steward, Mr. 11. T. C. Gomer, against the punishment imposed by the judicial committee of the Waikato Racing Club on the apprentice, C. li. Goulsbro, for interference in the Hautapu Handicap on November 15. Goulsbro was suspended for the second day of the meeting, but Mr. Gomer sought a review of the penalty. The district committee suspended the jockey for one month as from November 15.
