DIVIDENDS DECLARED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The New Zealand Stock Exchange Association has received the 'following London advice: "The directors of the Electrolytic Zinc Corporation have declared a dividend of 2s a share, English currency, being the second half of the fixed cumulative dividend on preference shares in respect of the year ending December 31, 1941,' and an interim participating dividend of Is a share, English currency, on both preference and ordinary shares, both dividends less income tax at the rate of 5s 4d in the £. Advice has also been received that the directors of McKenzie's Department Stores Limited have decided to pay an interim dividend of 5 per cent oh paid up capita! to all shareholders on the register on December 12 this year.
