I T'HE Joint Council have opened in A the Masonic Hotel Building. Lowe Street, two doors from the Main Entrance, a Shop for the distribution of Wool and collection of Woollen Made-up Garments. The Shop will be open at the following hours: Tuesdays .... 10 a.m. to noon Wednesdays .. 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Joint Council appeals to every woman in this district to assist immediately in the making up of Woollen Garments fob the sick and wounded. With the expected heavy casualties that must arise there cannot be an over-supply of hospital comforts and at the moment they are in short supply. We cannot let our boys down, so i will you please assist by collecting Wool from the Shop and making it up into garments. Full instructions will be given at the Shop at the hours indicated.
