SEVEN INJURED
Failing to negotiate a comer ■'ptwobh Gladstone and the new river bridge on the Greymouth-Hokitika highway, a motor car driven by Mr. Tames McGill, chief engineer on a ship, with six passengers, members of crew s of vessels in port, crashed into a telegraph post. All occupants of the car were injured and two of them are now in the Grey Hospital. The car, which was damaged extensively, is the property of Mr. J. Haines,- and had been lent for the night to Mr. McGill.
