HINT TO FINLAND
CLASSED WITH AXIS POSSIBLE DECLARATION (Elec. Tel. Copyiittht—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Nov. 29, 1 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 28. Authoritative sources to-day stated that the United States and Britain would probably act jointly within a few days and class Finland as an Axis Power unless she gives evidence of abandoning the war against the Soviet. Britain will declare war and the United States will cancel loans already authorised and class Finland as an aggressor nation.
