THAILAND FEARS (Reed. Nov. 28, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 27. The New'York, Herald-Tribune’s Shanghai correspondent says the Thai radio said yestei'day that Thailand’s involvement in war appeared ineviable, although there was a slight hope of peace. He added that it would defend itself and welcome help from friendly nations if attacked. The Thai vernacular press publishes similar warnings.
