HEAVY PARIS FINE
BOMB IN RESTAURANT
(Reed. Nov. 27, 3 p.m.) VICHY, Nov. 26.
After a bomb explosion in a restaurant the Germans fined Paris 1,000,009 francs. It is believed the fine was imposed in order to avoid further shooting of hostages which has created a tense situation in the occupied zone.
