Stimson, said that Finnish troops are being used by the Germans to help to close the Murmansk-Moscow supply line. The deputy lend-or-lease administrator, . Major-General Burns, who recently returned. from Russia, declared that the Finn's are offering Germany great assistance in obstructing 'lend-or-lease material to Russia. Both Mr., - Stimson and MajorGeneral Burns said the Finnish position should bq altered.
