SUSPECTS IN PANAMA
SUBVERSIVE MOVEMENT ELEVEN UNDER ARREST (Reed. Nov. 26, 9 a.m.) PANAMA, Nov. 24. The Government of Panama has ordered the arrest of 11 friends of the third vice-president, Senor Anibal Rios, the Minister to Peru, on the eve of his return. Those arrested are accused of preparing for a subversive movement.
