NOVELISTS DEATH
MR. ANDREW SOUTAR (Reed. Nov. 26, 9 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 24. The death is announced of Mr. Andrew Soutar, the novelist, aged 62. He served in the air force in the last war and in Russia in 1919.
