DAMAGE TO LONDON
Over 12,200 visitors so far have attended the exhibition of London war photographs which are on view at the Auckland Art Gallery. Donated by the London Press Club to New Zealand, the pictures are striking proof of the terrible damage caused by the wanton German air attacks on London. Contributions to the Lord Mayor of London’s air raid relief fund made by visitors totalled over £3OO. The pictures will be on exhibition in Gisborne at a later date.
