ARRIVAL IN BRITAIN BIG CANADIAN UNITS (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Nov. 24. Canadian Panzer units were landed in Britain from the largest convoy of Canadian troops which has so far crossed the Atlantic. The convoy had an uneventful passage and, with tiie landing of these highly-trained men, a new victory in the Battle of the Atlantic was achieved. The arrival of this new contingent completes Canada’s armoured division in Britain, and brings far beyond the 100,000. mark the number of Canadian volunteers who have left their country for service overseas.
