U.S. OIL FOR NAZIS
SUPPLY THROUGH SPAIN NEEDS OF LUFTWAFFE (Reed. Nov. 25, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 23. The Newsletter, published in London, says that 40,000 barrels of high-grade oil for the Luftwaffe' were among the 127,000 barrels of United States petroleum products sent to Spain in November. It adds that so much Spanish olive oil is being exported for conversion into lubricants for the Germans that none is left for Spanish cooking.
