DELIVERY OF PLANES MIDDLE EAST THEATRE (Reed. Nov. 22, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 21. “My visit should make it possible to knock off 50 per cent of the time lag between the time a'plane leaves the factory and it enters operations,” said Major-General Brett, chief of the .United States Army Air Corps. “We can establish depots in the United States for the adaptation of American machines for actual operation require--1 ments. A great deal of pressure will be brought on supply activities to ensure that the Middle East is very well cared for.”
