(Herald Correspondent.) The Hon. J. K. Archer, M.L.C., and Mrs. Archer, Christchurch, left on Thursday for the south after being the guests of Mr. and Mrs. T. M. Archer, Te Karaka. —Miss Joan Cotterill has resumed duty as nurse in charge of the Te Karaka dental clinic, following a period of duty at Patutahi and Matawai. —Mrs. L. B. Tullock, “Amua,” has returned from a visit to Wellington.—The Government field librarian, Mr. W. R. Hill, will visit Te Karaka on December 9. —Misses J. Russell and J. Cotterill are the week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lionel Spence, Waipaoa station.
