DOMINION RESTRICTION (Per Press Association.; WELLINGTON, this day. Except with the consent of- the Building Controller no one shall use copper or brass sheets for any building or constructional purpose otherwise than for the manufacture of washing coppers, hot water cylinders and drainage-vent stacks.
