DIRECTORS’ REPORT (Herald Correspondent.) The annual report and balance sheet of the Nuhaka Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, to he presented to the fortieth annual meeting in the Unity Hall, Nuhaka, next Thursday, Btate that the average payout for the year 1939-40 was 10.71 d. This year the advance pay-out was 15.49 d and there is an estimated surplus of .72d which, if realised, will bring the season’s pay-out to 16.21 d, slightly lower than last year.
