Sine Die Adjournments
It was pointed out by the Gisborne District Man-Power Committee at its sitting to-day that a sine die adjournment meant that the case could be reviewed at any time. It was the opinion of many that an appeal adjourned sine die would not be re-opened for six months. That had been the general practice with the man-power committee, but reservists who had their appeals so treated had to be prepared to have their cases reviewed'ipt any time.
