MOTOR CONTROLLER
CHRISTCHURCH AREA (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Minister of National Service, the Hon. R. Semple, announced yesterday that Mr. H. P. Donald, of Christchurch, had been appointed as district motor vehicle controller for the Christchurch area to arrange transport to meet emergency motor vehicle requirements of the armed forces and the Emergency Reserve Corps and essential civil needs.
