The death has occurred in Wellington of Mrs. Elizabeth Anne Holdsvvorth, M.8.E., wife of Mr. W. G. Holdsworth, M.B.E. The eldest daughter of the late Mr. George Buckeridge, Nelson, Mrs. Holdsworth was one of the first volunteer workers with Base Records during and after the last war, and for their services she and her husband were awarded the M.B.E. For a number of years Mrs. Holdsworth was treasurer of the Women’s Auxiliary of the Sudan United Mission.
