DUFF COOPER’S VIEWS DECISIONS ON POLICY (Reed. Nov. 1, 9a.m.) SINGAPORE, Oct 30. The British Minister, Mr. A. Duff Cooper, in an interview, said that since his arrival in Singapore hs had confirmed the belief that some special form of British representation was needed at headquarters here to direct policy with first-hand knowledge of Pacific problems and conditions. His views are being communicated to England.
