AMERICAN PLANE CRASH (Reed. Nov. 1,10.3 t) a.m.) BUFFALO, Oct. 31. An American Air Lines transport plane, en route to Detroit from New York, crashed and burned at St. Thomas, Ontario. Sixteen passengers and three members of the crew were killed.
