NATIONAL LEADER
TOUR OF BRANCHES (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Leader of the Opposition, Mr. S. G. Holland, intends in November to visit a number of centres in the North Island in order to meet members of the National Party branches before his departure for overseas in the near future as a member of the New Zealand Parliamentary delegation which is to visit Great Britain. ■ It is believed that Mr. Holland will also take the opportunity of discussing the Opposition’s attitude to the extension of the life of Parliament by one year. Mr. Holland met members of the National Party in Otaki last night. He is visiting Feilding to-day.
