CUT HAND SAVES LIVES
LONDON, Oct. 7. Six members of a bomber crew returning from a night raid owe their lives to a cut hand. Compelled to make a. forced landing at sea. the crew boarded their rubber boat, which leaked. They stuck some sticking-plaster from the cut hand over the puncture, and were able to float until a trawler ,picked them up.
