EMBARKATION PORT
NEW YORK PROJECT NEW YORK, Aug. 14. The United States Army is ready to start work in 24 hours on a port of .embarkation in New York Harbour. The work is to cost £1,500,000. The port is being provided should the need arise to send another expeditionary force abroad.
