BERWICK BY-ELECTION
(British Official Wireless.) Reed. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Aug. 18. Lieutenant G. C. Gray, Liberal, has been returned unopposed in the byelection at Berwick-on-Tweeri, caused by the elevation to the peerage .of Sir Hugh Seely, Air Under-Secretary.
