“While I personally believe in early marriages, this looks like a big venture,” remarked Mr. Justice Callan in the Supreme Court in Auckland when perusing a certificate of marriage presented in a divorce case. He said the couple had been married in 1930, when the husband was 20 years cl age and the wife only 15. Evidence was given that they had separated in 1938.
