AMERICAN KILLED
OUTRAGE IN SHANGHAI > (Reed. Aug. 16, 2 p.m.) SHANGHAI, Aug. 15. Chinese gunmen assassinated Mr. Kennson Gee, manager of the Hochung Bank, when he was entering the American -club. In the ensuing battle with the police, one passer-by was killed and six persons were wounded. Five of the*assassins, who are partisans of the Nanking regime, were captured.
