NO FURTHER ACTION
CONSPIRACY CHARGE (Reed. Aug. 16, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 16. The Crown Law Department at Sydney announced that no further proceedings are being taken against William Kingsley Wicks, aged 45, an accountant, concerning whose case a jury failed to agree in the recent protracted conspiracy case which resulted in Bruce Walker and another being convicted and imprisoned. Wicks was discharged from custody and has been reinstated in the army instructional division from which he was suspended during the trial.
