AIR CADET CORPS
FINE TYPE OFFERING (Per Presß Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Seventy youths have registered in the Auckland metropolitan area for the Air Force Cadet Corps, apart from those joining units in the Auckland secondary schools. The chairman of the selection committee, Flying-Officer Davenport, said to-day that the lads were intelligent and well educated and, subject to passing the medical test, the full number offering could be accepted for training.'
