Those present at last night’s meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council were: The Mayor, Mr. N. H. Bull, Messrs. F. Tolerton, J. H. Hall, G. J. Jeune, R. Morse, H. E. Maude, G. Bradley Smith, J. J. Macdonald, H. H. Do Costa, and Dr. A. L. Singer.
