CONCLUSION NEXT MONTH NEXT ATTACK PLANNED (Reed. Aug. 13, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Aug. 12. Diplomats report that tjie German High Command hopes to end the Russian campaign in September, and is already planning an all-out attack on British forces in the Mediterranean, says the Washington correspondent of the New York Herald-Tribune. The aim is to control the Mediterranean for the transport of Russian food and raw materials.
