CONSPIRACY CHARGE
FORCE U.S. INTO WAR LONGER ARMY SERVICE (Reed. Aug. 9, 2.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Aug. 8. Mr. Hamilton Fish stated in the House of Representatives that the Administration’s resolution for the extension of military service was part and parcel of a gigantic conspiracy to involve America in the European, Asiatic and African wars without the consent of Congress or the people.
