NEW SECRETARY CHOSEN (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The post of Dominion secretary and treasurer of the Plunket•Society, has been filled by the appointment of Mrs. E. R. Batchelor, Christchurch. Mrs. Batchelor has filled the position of secretary to the rector and professional board of Canterbury College and of secretary accountant at Canterbury Agricultural College, Lincoln. Her qualifications are of a high order.
