MIDDLE EAST DISPATCHES (British Official Wireless.) t Reed. 10.30 a.m. RUGBY, Aug. 4. During the past week about 13,000 film letters were received by air from troops in the Middle East, while some 250,000 air postcards were sent out. Over 1000 postcards were dispatched to Malta in the same period.
The new air letter card for writing to prisoners of war and interned civilians in German and Italian hands, which was introduced on July 21, has proved very popular.
