For the Merchant Navy Members of the Wairoa branch of tlic Women's Division of tin* Farmers' Union have decided lo spin their own wool to the finished garment. This move is in response to a special appeal made recently for 20,000 garments a month .for the men of the merchant navy, and will \be the Wairoa women’s effort in this direction.
